Return & Cancellation Policy

At Patil Biotech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the goods have been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what was ordered, you may request a replacement. Replacement requests are subject to verification and availability of stock.

Exceptions and Rules
The following conditions apply to all replacement requests:

  • All products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all labels, seals, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement requests are accepted only if the delivery location is serviceable by our logistics partners.
  • In cases where promotional products, free gifts, or special offers were provided along with the purchase, the value of such items may be deducted from the refund amount until all associated items are returned in satisfactory condition.
  • Customers choosing to self-ship products for inspection or replacement should pack the products securely to avoid damage during transit. Patil Biotech recommends using a reliable courier service.
  • Perishable products including tissue culture plants, live planting materials, and opened seed packets are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied.
  • Requests related to damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process any complaint, customers may be required to provide:
    • Order number
    • Invoice or proof of purchase
    • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
    • Unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon receipt
  • Products reported beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer without prior approval from our customer support team.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once the returned product or complaint evidence is received and inspected, Patil Biotech will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Patil Biotech reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation
Patil Biotech reserves the right to cancel any order, either wholly or partially, due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Logistical constraints
  • Force majeure events
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Violation of website terms and conditions

For prepaid orders, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping
Where applicable, customers may be required to send products to the address communicated by Patil Biotech's customer support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Patil Biotech. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery timelines for replacement products may vary depending on the customer's location and product availability.

Quality and Performance Disclaimer
Agricultural product performance depends on various factors including soil conditions, climate, irrigation practices, crop variety, farming techniques, and other environmental factors beyond our control.

Therefore, Patil Biotech does not guarantee identical field results under all conditions and shall not accept returns, refunds, or replacements solely based on variations in crop performance.

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.
